NHS CUSTOMERS / DISTRIBUTOR ETC

For Pricing enquires you can contact us directly using the details in the top right of this page. We have a Price List available for NHS which we can email you on request. Alternatively if you require a quote we require the following information:

1. Part Number or Size, Type of body, Type of lid and any colours
2. If you require any options like Silent Closing
3. Quantity

Placing an Order…

…If you can raise an Official NHS Purchase Order
If you are from the NHS and can place an official NHS Purchase Order then you have a 30 Day Account. You can either place an order via your Procurement Department or raise an order directly. We must receive an Official NHS Purchase order before we can process the Order.

…If cannot raise and Official NHS Purchase Order
If you are from the NHS and are for example a Dentist, part of a Care Commissioning Group (CCG) or Primary Care Trust (PCT) and cannot raise an Official NHS Purchase Order we can process your order via Pro-forma Invoice. If you advise us on what goods you require we will send/email your a Pro-forma Invoice. Once this invoice has been paid (we accept BACs, Card or Cheque) we can then add the goods to our manufacturing schedule. If you wish to open an account this can be done once the first order has been processed.

What needs to be included on your order for us to process it:
When it comes to placing an order we require the following details before we can add the order to our manufacturing schedule:

  • Quantity
  • Full Product Part Number or:
  • Product Size (e.g. 20 litre)
  • Product Body Type (e.g. Fixed Body)
  • Product Lid Type (e.g. Hands Free Lid)
  • Options required (e.g. Silent Closing Lids)
  • Body Colour you would like (click here to see colour options)
  • Lid Colour you would like (click here to see colour options)

Example Description:
10 x HSBS1026SC 20 Litre, Fixed Body, Hands Free Lid, Silent Closing, White Body, Black Lid.

Please also include any carriage due as if this is missing it will hold up the order.

If any of the specifications remain unconfirmed then we cannot process the order and it will remain unconfirmed. Please ensure the description is accurate as there may be a handling charge (40%) if you wish to return goods.

Once your order has been accepted we will send you an Order Confirmation which will confirm your order has been placed and will be added to our manufacturing schedule. If you have not received an order confirmation within 2-3 work days of placing the order please contact us ASAP.

Manufacturing Lead Time:
These sack holders are manufactured to order and as such we do not hold stock of them so there is a manufacturing lead time once the order is added to our schedule. If you require the order quicker than our Standard Manufacturing Lead Time then please mark this on your order.
